The Jacketer's Rough Landing
The Jacketer after graduation from The Time Lords academy on Gallifrey, He opted to have his T.A.R.D.I.S Capsule, (once he entered it) launched into The Harry Potter Universe. This T.A.R.D.I.S Capsule is a type 2,326. The Jacketer upon entrance to his ship, he strapped himself into a chair by the ship control console.
